Processing Time:
All orders require 2–3 business days to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
MCF & Holy Spirit is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. For claims, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
